what is the last date to file itr without late fees for fy 19-20

I thk without fee is till 10th Jan 2021 Souravv with fee 31st March 2021 ...his question was without fee then it is till 10th Jan 2021..isn't it right ?
Yes without late fees
As per CBDT press release dated 30th Dec. 2020, due date for furnishing of Income Tax Returns for the FY 2019-20 (i.e. AY2020·21) for
taxpayers (other than who are required to get their accounts audited) has been extended to 10th January, 2021.(without late fees)
