Last date for gstr1 extend or not?

Yes extended, as per notification no 2 of cgst
15 th jan 2018 is due date for Jul 17 to Nov 17
For turnover less than Rs. 1.5 crore??
For person having turnover greater than 1.5 crores , the due date is extended till 15th January 2018 for GSTR-1 filing.
I have attached the notification for it.
For less than 1.5 crores, no official communication has been received till now.

As per your link it says no extension for GSTR1
