Hi All ,
If i am a contractor having 22 workman under me and i have 4 contracts where i have employes my workman as follows Contract 1- 8 workman
contract 2- 4 workman
contract 3- 5 workman
contract 4- 5 workman.
Do i have to obtain labour license for these 4 contracts ??
Hi,
Labor licence relates to business as a whole but not individual business transactions.
Hence a sinlge license in your name will suffice for any number of contracts under one business firm.
