Labour conractor
if labour conractor have labour license on his wife name but he issue invoice his pan number and his gst number can it 's effect on company compliance matter? it is duty to compay to take invoce only from his wife pan number?

license is on the name of wife, then how company can give contact on his husband's name ? it is better to do business on wife's name

yes bhavik sir.. company deducted tds his wife pan but contractors issue bill his pan and his gst number and by mistake compay cannot check invoice so what company do now
it is very serious. you may have to face trouble. as per company point of view, i suggest to revise the tds return by changing pan of him. and deduct tds of the person, whose invoice has been received. forget wife.
