KU enters into MoU with MDI, Gurgaon
Kakatiya University at Warangal has entered into MoU with Management Development
Institute (MDI), Gurgaon on Monday. At a formal meeting held in MDI,
Gurgaon, Kakatiya University Vice-Chancellor Prof. B. Venkat Rathnam, Registrar Prof.
K.Sayulu and MDI director Prof. Mukul Guptha and Geetha Bajaj signed MoU facilitating
the students of Kakatiya University to pursue some courses at MDI. Under this, the
students of KU after completing MBA I year can pursue one or two papers equivalent to
that of final year of KU at MDI, Gurgaon. The students so opted would attend the
classes under Summer University Programme at MDI, Gurgaon. Four to six students
of KU would be given the opportunity every year. This move is to provide international
exposure and an opportunity for the students of Kakaitya Unersity to study at MDI,
Gurgaon which is a renowned institution with global standards, said Prof. B. Venkat
Rathnam, Vice-Chancellor. Faculty exchange between the institutions is also in the
offing, he added. Prof. K. Omprakash and Prof. P.Sammulal of KU were also present.
