Dear members
If one person who was director of company for two month in the previous year and than he resing from the directorship of the company. Should I need to fill his information as a key person as he is not a director on 31.03.

In ITR6 u hv to file information standing as on 31st day of march.... hence need to give information about resignation or otherwise of director but only shareholding pattern as on 31st day of march should be given...
