Journal entries in tally erp9

Sir, I have a doubt because We are sold goods to mr. X party , Accounting period 2017-2018, (month jan-18, feb-2018, march-18) , we are sold goods less than landing cost, In this accounting year 2018-19 we have find out this sales and we are talking about mr.X party, so he can understand our situation and he give Rs :10,000/- against sales how can accounting this amount (Rs:10,000/-) agaist sales .please give the journal entry in tally erp9.
