The job prospects for an Indian CA varies from country to country. If you opt for Gulf or African coutnry then there is no additional qualification required. But you'll be frustrated to find a non-qualified person as your senior in these countries, becuase unlike India they value loyalty more then a professional qualification or expertise or smartness.

Best option is to work with an India corporate at their overseas operation.

For migrating to the developed countires say US, UK, Australia etc., you need to have some local / international professional qualification, say US CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, CIA, CISA etc.
