I have just started my articleship w.e.f 5th Dec 2007. I want to know whether i can go for a job while doing my CA. Can i take a dummy. Is dummy legally allowed in CA. what are the preocedures for the same.
The Institute provides for the articleship training along with the prepration of the final course. The institute do not have any provision regarding pursuance of any job within the time alowed for the training. the institute on the intimation of either dummy or pursuance of job may cancel the time period elapsed by you for the training and the attempt would uselessly delay by such period.
its better to take leave from the firm for some months for doing prepration.

As per ICAI dummy or Fake Articleship is considered illegal and hence u can't go for it.
