Quick Summary
If you've engaged in intraday trading and incurred losses, it's crucial to declare these in your Income Tax Return (ITR). Even though the transaction might appear in your Annual Information Statement (AIS) and pre-filled ITR, you must report it. Failing to do so can lead to queries from the tax authorities.

The AIS data reflects in TIS, based on which prefilled ITR is created.

As the transaction reflects in the system, you need to decalre it in ITR, otherwise query....

You need to compulsorily show it in ITR as same is reflected in AIS also
