We are an Association registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literory,Scientific & Charitable Society Act 12 of 1955 (Kerala State) with out 12A/12AA registration. Fourth digit of our PAN is 'A'
Can we use ITR 7 form to file ITR for AY '2021-22, else which is the correct ITR !

Dear Mr. Johny Kutty
As u mentioned that 4th letter in PAN is "A" which indicates that PAN belongs to "Association of persons" and ITR-5 for AOP. So file ITR-4

Sir, you meant we should file ITR5 ?

would it also mean that those AOPs with 4th Pan digit ‘T’ only can use ITR7 !
