yes i got only commision income from bank & TDS deducted at source.

Then you can go for ITR4S

For commission income, ITR4S cannot be used as 44AD is not applicable in case of commission income. Hence ITR4 I suppose.

No. It could be a profession to work as commision agent. So ITR 4 would be suitable. Otherwise ITR 1 also can be used. But as per me ITR 4 is more appropriate to file.

File -ITR-4

You cant file ITR 4 S    only ITR4

Hello Sir,

It is suggestible that you file ITR-4. Your income would be under the head Profits and Gains from Business or Profession. ITR-1 is applicable to Individuals having Income from Salary & Interest.

Kindly confirm that the TDS is NOT deducted u/s 192A, 192B or 192C
