NOT MUCH EDUCATED BECAUSE TUTION INCOME CAN NOT BE JUSTIFIED.

I thnk you shud go with PGBP. Since she is carrying on tutions it wud be consdiered as business/profession.
However as per the Act it is to the discretion of the assessee under which head to show the income.
For women, income can be shown from embroidery works, boutique, cooking classes etc. Tution income can be from teaching primary students also.
