now in itru if we show profit more than 8% do we still need to file revised form 3cb 3cd??

and original return was filed under new tax regime ... can itr u be filed in old tax regime???

disallowance of rent expenses on account of non deduction of tds will still.be applicable if we are showing more than 8 % profit and not filing 3cb 3cd?

If you have already filed Form 3CB and Form 3CD based on the original return showing profit less than 8%, and you now wish to revise the profit figure to more than 8%, then you will need to file a revised Form 3CB and Form 3CD.

Yes, if you have filed your original return under the new tax regime, you can file your Income Tax Return (ITR) in the old tax regime.

Disallowance of rent expenses can still be made if TDS has not been deducted

1. Not mandatory,

2. Not allowed.

3. Yes, as per rules.

I can't change tax regime?

No. System do not accept change in tax regime in between..

Whole tax amount will be paid as self asst tax ?

Yes, it will contain normal tax (if any), additional tax, interest and fee as required under section 140B.
