its intimation for filling ITR or anything else.

Dear CGXXXXXX4J,Please file ITR for AY22-23 at www.incometax.gov.in. Verify data of your Form 26AS, AIS and other documents before submission.Pay taxes

It's the default message to all non filers . So file ITR and you may ignore the rest

I filed my ITR for 2022-23 and still I received the same message even after filing.

So you need to ignore it.

It's just to awake all registered users to file ITR on time .

It's a common messge to all return filers for informing them about return filing date
