29 August 2008i m gonna file the ITR for an individual & i have got the ITR 1 & got it filled too.
But 1 thing i wanna ask is this necessary to file Computation also with ITR or just ITR form is enough?
Pls. hurry as i want to file the return on Monday, 1.09.2008 in Delhi.

RETURN IS ENOUGH !!
JUST IF THE RETURN IS FIRST RETURN OF THE INDIVIDUAL.. XEROX COPY OF THE PAN CARD
IF IT IS REGULAR RETURN & u r efiling it without digital sign Carry Last years RETURN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT while submittin ITR-V to IT Office

ITR 1 for the persons who have a salary and interest income. In the ITR 1, the name of the employer should be mentioned. There is no need to attached with ITR 1, computation or Form 16. Just fill the form with all information and submitted with the income tax department.
