ITR Not Filed. Missed ITR filing last date.

Greetings,

One of my family member has missed the last date i.e. 31st March 2022, for filing ITR due to some confusions. They have filed all previous years return on time. Also the taxable income comes to around 5.6 lakhs.

Can someone please suggest the best course of action. Should we wait for the notice or raise a condonation request?

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Fill up form 10C sec 119(2) (b) . It's a belated return.

Mr. reddy fill up form 10 C. send approval .Once approved. file under Sec 139(5)
