ITR forms for A.Y 2010-11

Is there is any change in the ITR Forms other than ITR I (SARAL II)?

Or it is going to be declare soon ?

Has ITD started excepting th e ITR fro F. Y 2009-10.

Yes IT deptt is taking the manual form for A.Y 2010-11.

I have recently submit a form i.e. ITR-4

CBDT has released instructions for filling ITR 1 (Saral II). As per the instruction no. 3 (d), ITR 1 is not applicable for the assessee having agricultural income more than Rs. 5000. If agricultural income is not exceeding Rs. 5000, then it can be shown as exempt income in ITR 1.

Yes, NO change at all, on 23-4-2010 income tax department has issued the notification for issue of ITR Forms for A.y. 2010-11 alongwith ITR-V, Acknowledgement and insturctions. Only change in ITR -1 which is now become saral -II. Rest forms are same as it is. You can download ITR Forms for A.Y. 2010-11.

THIS IS FOR CREATING AWARENESS TO THE USER'S OF "ONLINE ITR FORMS"

WHILE CLICKING THE BUTTON "CALCULATE TAX" (available on the top right in "Taxes paid and Verification" sheet),THE FORM ITSELF AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATING THE TAX. BUT THE PROBLEM ARISES IN THE CASE OF INTEREST(U/s 234 B & C), AS THE SOFTWARE IS CONSIDERING THE OLD SLAB OF ADVANCE TAX i.e. Rs.5000/- AS AGAINST THE NEW SLAB OF Rs.10000/-..........., THIS ISSUE NEEDS RECTIFICATION FROM THE SIDE OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS FOR THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT AND TILL THAT TIME THE USERS NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS...
