Please mention the amount of your gross receipts and net profit.

Gross receipt 1,96,990.00  & net profit 85,690.00

According to Section 44AA You are a Non Specified Professional. (Not Eligible For Presumtive)

As per the provision of section 44AA if total Gross Receipts exceed Rs. 10,00,000/- and income/profit exceed 1,20,000/- then the person is liable to maintain his book of accounts.

So in your case you are not liable to maintain book of Accounts as well you don't need to declare P/L and B/S in ITR. That means you don't need to declare the amount of Incentive paid by you.

You may use  ITR - 3 for the FY 2016-17.

And use the option of NO ACCOUNT CASE.
