1)online filing not providing rebate, even income is 280000
2)and in excel utility, it provides rebate but showing late fees of RS. 1000
is this problem facing by all or other reason?

1. That could be because of individual or HUF status ..... may not have been properly selected....
check the data of 'General Information' properly........ or call helpline.
2. Downloan new version of utility recently released & try......

someone wrongly credit income under 192 and there is also TDS amount, ....but he is not doing work in this company... so he have to file ITR according to 26 AS?

Do not claim the TDS and do not include the income for taxation. Generally such entries disappear as soon as deductor revise their TDS return/s.
In case of any query from CPC, (before any such rectification), assessee can clarify about its non- connection with his income.

Yes file as per actual/original facts/details...you can not claim what is not yours...in case any query from CPC on mismatch then simply state that the said/reflected figure/amount in 26AS is`nt yours and wrongly credited to your PAN ...
if person received commission u/s 194h from same employer then is it will under business... and under which code?
