shall we file ITR Filing after 31 st Dec 2022 with late fee.
i came to know it is not possible to file unless notice received from IT Dept.
please clarify.

Correct. You will not be able to file ITR for AY 2022-23, u/s. 139(4) of the act after 31-12-2022.
But you can file it after 01.04.2023 u/s. 139(8A) of the act with some penalty....
Wrong not very correct.
