I have salaried income & STCG for the  F.Y 2013-14 but not submitted ITR. In last F.Y 2012-13 i had Short term capital loss and nopt submitted ITR. Now i have received a noice form Income Tax deptt for non filing of ITR for the f.y 2013-14 showing all shares tran saction  . 

Kindly suggest ,me what can i do ??

For both the year you can't file return online, because it is time barred. For that you can submit paper return along with submission letter. And give response in online for non-compliance.

the notice issued by the department for non filing of itr is considered as 142(1) notice and returns for such year can be filed online even if it is time barred. in itr, in return filed u/s column, you should fill sec 142 instead of 139

Sir, 

Thanks for sugession . please guide me that can i carry forward my L.Y. (2012-13)  losses in next financial year (2013-14).

loss cannot be carried forward because you did not file your return within due date.
