Ito office address

Dear Friends,

On 5th of November I received a initimation from CPC on "Communication on Arrear Demand". After going through this forum it is understood to contact the AO for this matter. But I am unable to find the office address of my AO office Address. My AO is mentioned as:

Range Code - 111   
AO Number - 1

Can anyone tell me the the physical address so that I can conatct them.
