ITC on sale of Bio diesel
Mr A is selling bio diesel through his pump in retail basis.. My query to know whether Mr A is eligible to get ITC on purchase of bio diesel....

Yes, If you are registered under GST than you can very well take ITC of bio Diesel purchase by you as it's for furtherance of business.
I was concerned whether ITC is included in over Block Credit list.. But now get clarified,, Thanks for making clarification..
