I got signature on Form No.105 (Industrial Training), which is completion of my articleship form, but my articleship period of 2 months is still pending. I am not interacting with my principal my reporting person is different, where as I take signature from my principal on form without telling this to my reporting boss. No excess leave in form.

Now I want to quit from this organization and now a day’s I and my boss always fight on small small issues.

Can anybody tell me way out......... Plz.........

If I decide that not to go to office then whether my boss sue me........ & my articleship period gets disturbed or what?????

In my examination form the signature of my principal is required or not OR any CA can sign my form

Articleship completion date: 20-09-2010

Attempt of Final on : Nov.,2010

in your exam form only your principal should sign as far as I know.. The industrial training rules are not satisfied if you leave your firm. My sincere advise should be to stay with the firm

Dhiraj. As such, u r to go wid for two months only. I mean, i know INDUSTRIAL TRAINING got its own importance, but there's a risk factor of EXTENSTION then..

Look, ur boss can't SUE you, its a very big term buddy, no one can sue an article trainee that easily. But yes, if he exercises his rights, he can extend ur exam to MAY 2011.., thats it...

My advice is to negotiate with ur boss for illegal extension. I mean, tell him that u'll pay those 2 months, rather 3 months.., but that should not b on paper, just the mutual understanding....

And tell me one thing, under u r registered under whom? I mean the person who signed ur form or the person u report??? So?, just dont worry much....

As i have taken the form signed in which I mention the article ship completion date: 20/09/2010

with No Excess Leave. i mean, my previous employer has given me 122days leave & in this Form 105 I had put 58 days leave i.e, in total 180 leaves.

Form signing date: 22/09/2010 & I WILL SUBMIT THE FORM AFTER 22/09/2010

Whatever i want from that organisation i.e, FORM 105 that I have taken....

so why to continue in that organisation. Bcoz. I really get frustrated in that working atmosphere......

now ur situation is u have fought wid ur real boss

and u are under some other to whom u have to report !! right?

well i could not understand the full situation but i must tell u something

you have to get ur articleship completion form signed by ur present employer( it is one under whom ur artileship is shown in the icai's record)

but as regard your examination form u can get it signed by any ca since there is no place for the currebt employer sign in the final exam form( plz get it confirmed)

i could not understand wat u meant by u took signature of ur ca on industrial training completion form ??

please again discuss ur problem in simple words so that we can understand and if possible to guide u
