IT returns by persons with disabilities

Can someone please explain to me what are the tax exemptions availablelto Person With Disabilities-PWDs.

Are PWDs exempted from payment of Professional Tax.

Apart from the Disability Certificate what are the other actions  needed to be taken so as to enable to get tax exemptions
