I am us citizen & have rental income in India Rs.264000. Can I file IT Return in India?

Are You NRI? Do you Have PAN no in INDIA?

Income derived in Indian territory  is taxable in India...

Mr Ankita chawala that should be taxable in india cause it's earn here and TDS will be deduted. he is asking about the reurn filling as i get that.

I am now US citizen not NRI. TDS not deducted from my Rental income. I have pan no. In India but card is not traceable. What is the taxable income for women. Please show taxable limit for last 5 years as I have income for last 5 years & I have income in last five years and I have paid tax in USA.

AS U R A NON RESIDENT YOU HAVE TO FILE IT RETURN THEIR IS NO EXEMPTION FOR NON RESIDENT IN FILLING ITR WHO HAVE INCOME FROM INDIAN ORIGIN. YOUR TAX LIABILTY IS DEBATABLE AS SOME INFORMATION NEEDED

what full form of NRI. I know NRI means Non Resident Indian, how can Citizen of United State of America become Indian?
