if my salary is 10000/- my epf deducted 12% aproximately by employer same contribute boths total is 24% deposited of epf account , sir
if the company deducted from me 24% and nothing to share by employer
here is any issue or action for empolyer

Legally employer cannot deduct 24% from your salary...He has to contribute on his own part.....

employer deducts only 12%, check your appointment letter for information...
May be the company is employed you on CTC (Cost to Company) basis and employer's PF part is also included in the CTC.
Check your appointment letter again.

the company has not issue any type of apointment /offer letter to any employe
i think the company policy is :-
they deducted epf from all employes whos liable to deducted 24%
not contribute of employer share and ther are save own share for epf 12 %
depositd to epf a/c 24% deductd by all empoyes .
is it possible for all ?
the company have no ctc policy and not given apointmnt/offer letter
