I have a question. I have received an intimation (143(1)) from IT Dept after E-file for FY2012-13. They have missed considering 80TTA as per my filing. The amount entered by me is less than 10,000. And this has inturn affected final outcome. Instead of Tax Refund now I am Tax Payable.
What should be my next step. Thanks
You may file rectification u/s 154 and bring to their attention this mistake.
