This query relates to disclosure of remuneration for managing directors and other directors. Sec.217(2A) talks about only details relates to employees. So, whether remuneration relates to MD and other directors required to disclose?

yes. You can verfify the same from the annual report of top companies.

Mr.Rakesh thanks for your reply. I also observed in top companies balance sheets. But, if you see Ramayya book it says MD not considered for Sec.217(2A). Then how to resolve this?
