Hi, I completed my OT from Hyderabad in Jan-Feb 2020. Now I have to start my articleship training so I need OT certificate which is not yet generated. My ITT certificate is generated with no issue which course was completed in July2019. I contacted ICITSS Support from helpdesk but they are saying they can't find data in BKC database. I'm western region student and completed training from Hyderabad.

To resolve your missing OT certificate, first ensure you have submitted your course feedback on the ICITSS dashboard. If the option to "Print Certificate" is still unavailable, the issue is likely a missing entry in the central database. You must contact the specific branch in Hyderabad where you trained and request that they update your completion status in the system, as they are responsible for finalizing your records.
