I want to know the procedure to issue shares only to one shareholder of the company as per the companies act,2013.

As per the CA 2013, there are 3 methods of issue....
1. Rights issue-sec 62
2. private placement -sec 42
3. non rights issue-preferential allotment....
of these 3, rights issue with right to renunciation to the shareholders is the more preferable option.....
