Our bank (AXIS Bank) today informed that a bank cannot issue a manual BRC now (w.e.f. 01/04/2012) for bills lodged after 01/04/2012. Only eBRCs will be issued online. Can anyone throw some light on this issue? How eBRCs will be issued? Will eBRC be generated from DGFT website by an exporter or AD will generate it online and then send it to the exporter?
I am also not able to find the notification relating to the same.
