Is watssapp exit really necessary??

Hello frds,recently what i hav observed a new trend that all CA-Final students whose attempt is due, started to exiting from all social activites like FB,wattaspp, etc......these r the same students who were 24*7 used to be online......so my question is it really necesary or a showoff stunt that iam serious????

Dont you think somewhere your mind will be tempted???....isnt it better to be thr and control so tht atleast u wont waste your energy in controlling and having a sympathy tht so much iam scarificing all tht??

i dont think so ki its is necessary to exit from social networking site......if someone study say 10 to 12 hrs a day and spent 30 to 60 min on these site then its fair enough .......now a days its necessary to remain in touch with latest updates .....these social networking media help to remain in touch .......

many fb pages maintained by students posting updates and sharing study strategies

if u see my fb page i have subscribed to many ca related pages and groups

it will update us and give suport us and says you are not alone in preparation time

however it depends on person how he is using social network

It not only involves the time spend on these sites but also the after effects. we may think that 30 or 45 min on social networking sites may not be harmful, but the truth is somewhere behind our minds we keep thinking about it, this is similar to watching TV. Our mind keeps processing things and thus we should totally avoid these things during our preparation. This does not means they are showing off their seriousness by cutting off from all these sites but eventually some way or the other this helps in our preparation.

I also agree that using these sites for updates and support can be beneficial. But u dont have log in everyday to view them, once in a week is fair enough.

my question is same....by forcing oneself to stop login in such sites and app.....dont you think one part of our mind gets occupied and use energy to remind us we r not supposed to use this...and this ultimately makes us more tempt??? and we may think more

becoz prior to study almost all are 24*7 available on such media....ur subconscious mind may question boss wht happen all of sudden

Hi all,

I dont think so there is a need to cut off from these sites. "What needs is your connection to ur studies rather than disconnection with the social networking sites."

If you are connected and dedicated to your studies then this thing hardly matters and actually this sites frehens you up for the further studies.

PS-This is my personal experience.

I know exactly what you mean.. disconnecting from social networking is not the way.. what made a difference to me is that when i sit down to study i do not check my whatsapp or fb or anything coz thats where my focus is to be.. and if u respond to msgs on whatsapp or anything during studies it breaks your flow of concentration and thought process.. infact i would advise u sit alone and dnt even respond to anything during ur studies.... but during break time why not!! do whaterver you want to do in your break sit on facebook, workout, tv anything.. jus make sure u get back to studies on time...

Focus more on doing the work.. rather than on things u need to quit to do work.. coz that actually does not make a difference.. what really makes a difference is doing ur studies coz thats what matters at the end of the day..

If u study with focus and conitinue to do whatever u like together you will get good results if u study and do not do whatever u like still u will get good results.. but if u do not study with focus then surely u will get bad results.. and it wont matter if u use social networking or not..

Social media is for us, we are not for social media but many of us fail to realise it. If we really use it for our advantage then whats the need to exit it. No doubt social media is creating a havoc and had encumbered a major part of our brains but if we have some self control and sense on how to use it we do not have to do any of this quitting stuff.

Its just for us and if we use it well then it is for the best of us but ONLY N ONLY "IF WE USE IT SENSIBLY"

all r just interested to increase the number of hours in front books....jsut becoz its CA-final...........dont want to part of such rat races.......becoz no point in winning such rat races as the numero uno postion in such race is useless
