I am little confuse on one question. please help me.
If a company give taxable services to any other Company/BOI. and claim conveyance separately. means in other invoice. Is they are liable to charge service tax on that reimbursement of service tax.

Yes, Service tax shall be charged/recovered on Gross Amount inclusive of reimbursements.
The exception to the above are -
1) Where payments are made in the capacity of "Pure Agent" - Kindly refer Rules in this regard.
2) Notification No. 12/2003- Where "Goods" are supplied along with the provision of service.
