IS REGISTRATION UNDER GST COMPULSORY FOR TOT DEALER (DEALING WITHIN A STATE) AND HAVING AN TURNOVER OFLESS THAN RS.10 LAKHS ?

No... Upto 20 lakhs no need to take registration if you are dealing only in your state

No need to regiater if turnover below Rs.1000000/-

No registeration required if turnover is below Rs.20 lakh or you deal exclusively in exempted goods.
