Is registration required for supply of grains interstate

Dear sir, I have registration under vat for supply of grains for interstate. Before GST grains (wheat,Paddy) was taxable but now it is exempt.

I have not registration under local Mandi.

 So what I should do for working under GST for interstate & interastate supply

You are compulsorily required to get register in GST as you engaged in interstate supply.

Please also tell me, Is it mandatory to registered our self IN local Mandi... & have to pay Mandi fee @ 2.5%

Issue bill of aupply instead of tax invoice.
