YA AS PER GST RULE APPLICABLE

AS GST IS NOT BECOME ACT SO REGISTRATION IS STILL NOT OPEN WAIT FOR GST PASS SO IT CAN BECOME ACT

GST will be applicable from 1st July 2017 and it will be notified. Till the time you can register yourself for GST enrollment. After enrollment you will get ARN no. that will be provisional and valid subject to verification of documents and details submitted by you.

GST Enrollment is also for existing VAT and Service Tax Assessee.

Hi,

As per my understanding, the direct enrollment to GST is not started. You need to register under State VAT acts or under service Tax Laws first depending upon the type of business.

Then either of the departments will issue a provisional ID and Password for GST login and then you need to upload the information to GST website.
