Is ptec registration is required for partnership firms

I think you are talking about Professional Tax Enrollment Certificate, Well, Professional Tax is not applicable in Delhi, so there is no question occurs for its registration, however, if you belongs to any other state, please refer Professional Tax Act of that particular state, as it is charged by State and every state have different rules & regulations of it.

i am here from Maharashtra. i have query that whether PTEC registration is applicable to Partnership Firm or Not ?

Yes, in Maharashtra its required to be registered under PTEC.

In Maharashtra PTEC applicable for employee in partnership firm

If an individual is salaried as well as he is a partner in the partnership firm.  His PT is deducted by his employer. Is he also in requirement to pay PTEC as a partner? (State - Maharashtra)
