i have purchased the latest mohd rafi book for nov 11 exam.They have included a new chapter in service tax called point of taxation rules 2011.Is it applicable for nov 11 exam as it says it is effective from 1.4.2011.

point of taxation rule is not applicable to any exam of ICAI to be held in the month of Nov 2011 as ICAI has clearified by way of notification on its website. Below is the link for viewing the said notification.
