Is it worthy to study Certificate in Accounting Technicians(CAT)?

I have completed Bcom but didn't pass one paper in final year.So i have 1 year time to pass the paper.Is Certificate in Accounting Technicians(CAT) a good course to study?Sadly,I have to write the foundation exam of icwa before registering for this course,which would have been exempted if i had completed bcom..Should I go for this CAT course?Will this certificate have any value when i pass B.com?

This course is totally new for all...no one can tell you the exact value of this course..but as far as getting a good job depends on you and you knowledge and skill. if you are good from your side then any certificate course will add additional value. But one thing is sure that you should not expect CAT Course will be valuable like ICWA regular course.
