Is it possible to submit a single Permanent Account Number ?

what do u exactly mean by 'to submit' i,e, to quote or to surrender?

yes if the company or a firm closes down they can surrender the PAN

dear PARABEER SARKAR, as much i know, having more than one pancard with the same name is treated as offence and may fetch panalty upto rs. 10000/-. so, if in ur case the one and the same person is having 2 pan's in the same name , he must surrender the another card issued to him to the itd with due procedure.
