If I form a new HUF, it is mandatory to add all my sons /daughters in my HUF?
If only 1 son is living with me, can I form my HUF with him, his spouse and his children and my spouse as members with me as Karta?
Can I put initially Rs. 2 Lakhs as corpus for this HUF?
Please note that a HUF is being formed automatically after marriage. Also the sons/daughters by birth are the default memebrs of the HUF. So there is no question of including the sons/daughters in HUF.
