It's not about working in TOP Firms or not... in Big 4s they're having a procedure in which u'l be pushed to do same repetitive jobs every year... It lacks the Knowledge upgrading... If in a medium sized firm, you can poke ur nose to almost all areas like accounts,audit, taxation, company law, fema matters, etc... Pls choosee wisely... regards KRISHNA PALLAVUR
