GSTR 2 is not available on portal & it's not started yet , so nobody can file.
GSTR2 is available now on portal, please check gst portal, and also option for see and submit the purcase bill
GSTR 2 is not available in GST portal...
I think you see GSTR 2 through GSTR 2A...?
