Is graduation necessary for cs? will i get a job?

Hey CCI members. !
Hope you are all in good mood and health.

As exams are round the corner many thoughts start crossing my mind.
I just wanna know whether Graduatioin is necessary for being a CS or not?
I am pursuing CS currently at Executive stage and also doing B.Com(Regular) but due to
my CS coaching i couldnt focus on my B.Com.Part-II (chances are i wont be able to pass)

It would be of great assistance if anyone can help me out in figuring out these questions that
are stressing me out lately :

1. Is Graduation necessary for being a CS?
2.Will i get a job as a CS without graduation?
3.Does my graduation count if I qualify and become a CS (i mean will the B.Com degree matter)?
4.Will my CS tag overpower the lack of a gradaution degree?
