Is employer liable to sign & send form 108

It is the duty of employer to see towards the training period of apprentice,However if it id not signing the Form 108 Complaint can be lodged at ICAI<new delhi

actually my boss wants tht i shud do extended 4 months articleship under him and serve actually...and i m not in a 1% position for it...i m wanted to take dummy for 4 months from other CA ...can i do it......plzzzzzz tell me...

MY 3 YRS AND 6 MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP HAS BEEN ENDED ON 23.03.2011...MY BOSS SAYING ME ABT 4 MONTHS EXTENSION .ON WHICH I M ALSO AGREE..MY BOSS WANTS THT I SHUD JOIN EXTENDED PERIOD TRANING UNDER HIM OTHERWISE HE WONT SIGN 108,,I WANT TO KNOW IS IT COMPULSORY TO JOIN SAME EMPLOYER??IF I CAN OTHER CA ,,THEN  SUPPOSE IF MY BOSS SAY ME FOR 10 MONTHS EXTENSION THEN TELL ME IS THERE ANY EFFECT ON MY NOV. CA FINAL ATTEPMPT??

IT IS YOUR DUTY TO SEND FORM 108. IF YOU HAVE NOT SEND THAN SEND NOW WITH LATE FEE

1. You were supposed to send form 119 within 15 days of completion.

2. You can continue under any other CA for excess period.

3. You should be in your last six months of articleship (3.5 year period) to appear in CA-Final. If your excess extends to 10 months, your attempts also gets delayed.
