In case of ancestral property, Father sale the property and consideration received shall apportion btwn father and his son & daughter.... Later on Father purchase one house property in the name of his son( Major ) and consideration paid out of sale proceed received from sale of property ( i.e Son's share in property consideration) If Capital Gain is Charge under HUF can we claim deduction u/s 54F for purchase of such residential property ?

Don't try to mix up the original owner to capital gains receiver to exemption availer.........

All in all it/they should be one and same from beginning to end (As referred to PAN)
