Dear Sir,

I want to know that is that any way to issue the equity shares by the company to different existing or proposed share holders on different premium.

It is permissible in the Companies Act, 1956 or not.

If yes. please guide us in detail.

yes u can issue to different share holders at different premiums provided the shares are issued on different dates

generally one will not be issuing different premium to same kind of shares in a particular issue.... Premium is not determined on the basis of share holder's relationship with the company rather it is fixed by professionals based on the company's networth
yes,it is possible.
No , you cannot issue shares at different rates of premium on any specific date . E.G, i f you are offering shares to Existing Shareholders Before Making a further Public offer then you cannot ask some Shareholders to payless and others to feel the burden of others. going by the principle of equity, company is not 1 man's entity.
It should not be established that company was form to defraud shareholders,If You have logically valid reasons for transferring on different date than It could be differently established.

Company can issue shares at different premium to different shareholders. I am giving you a case here One of our group Company SUN DTH (Agropup Company of SUN TV) recently issued shares at par to our present shareholders in India and at premiun to foreign shareholders

No

Share premium account should hav only cash not in kind.
