Is cc papers compulsory or not?

yes 10th of august is last date for submit to test paper and it is compulsory .

I m also going to write dec13 inter exam but unfortunately still did not sbmit even single ans sheet.

submission of test papers.. it depends on your RC, as for SIRC its compulsory., and I heard for WIRC.. its not so.. so its better to confirm it with your RC,,

Thank you for replying... But i think this may not be the case.... Coz the rules are meant to be same... be it WIRC, NIRC, SIRC or CIRC....

I inquired at Ahmedabad Chapter, they said once in Dec12 the institute had wiaived to write papers, perhaps they said there is no written proof abt discontinuance of writing of test papers..

So, the confusion still prevails amongst students.

yes sir, I agree with you, Rules must be same to all regions..

for my region SIRC, CC is compulsory.., and  one of CCI members who is from WIRC.. he got mail from his RC saying CC is no more reqd...,

I wonder.. why rules differ...between RC..

Now it has been mandatory to submit the postal test paper online- for inter students.. no hardcopy is entertained....
In eirc there is no compulsion in submitting the postal test paper
